When you request a quotation or contact Yeeparts, we collect the business contact details and sourcing requirements you provide, including your name, company, email, phone number, country, requested products, quantities and message.
How we use information
We use this information to review part numbers, prepare quotations, communicate about sourcing requests, prevent abuse, operate the website and improve our B2B services. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers and transfers
Information may be processed by hosting, database, email, monitoring and communication providers that support the service. Because Yeeparts serves international buyers, data may be processed outside your country with reasonable contractual and technical safeguards.
Retention and security
Inquiry records are retained for as long as reasonably needed for quotation history, customer service, legal obligations and fraud prevention. Access is restricted to authorized personnel and protected with administrative and technical controls.
