B2B sourcing service
Yeeparts provides product information and a request-for-quotation service for business buyers. Website content is informational and does not constitute a binding offer, warranty of availability or fixed price.
Quotations and orders
Price, specification, manufacturer, quantity, lead time, Incoterms, payment, warranty and compliance terms are confirmed in a separate written quotation or contract. An order is accepted only when confirmed in writing by the applicable contracting party.
Buyer responsibilities
Buyers must provide accurate part numbers, application requirements and delivery information, and are responsible for confirming suitability, local import rules and end-use compliance before ordering.
Product and intellectual property information
Brand names, part numbers and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification. Product information may change and must be reconfirmed before purchase.
Liability and governing terms
To the extent permitted by law, website use is at the user's risk and Yeeparts is not liable for indirect losses arising solely from informational website content. The governing law, dispute process and liability terms for a transaction are those stated in the applicable quotation or contract.
